I’m a registered nutritionist based in Southport, in the northwest of England.
Having navigated my own health challenges in recent years, I truly understand how frustrating it can be to face limitations in daily life and struggle to find the right answers within the current healthcare system.
This experience led me to train in nutritional therapy, not only to support my own health and that of my family, but to explore a more holistic approach to wellbeing. By making sustainable diet and lifestyle changes, I was able to regain my energy and vitality.
