I'm based in Southport, Merseyside, and I work with women across the northwest, including Formby, Crosby, Ormskirk, Ainsdale, Birkdale, Tarleton, and Hesketh Bank, who are holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling with their own health, energy, and wellbeing.

I know that feeling intimately. After nearly three decades in a demanding corporate career, navigating midlife, and caring for my family, my own health began to quietly unravel. Training as a Nutritional Therapist changed everything. By making small, sustainable changes to the way I ate, moved, and lived, I rebuilt my energy, my health, and my sense of self.

No extreme diets. No punishing exercise plans. Just real, practical changes that fit into a real life. And that's exactly what I help other women do too.
