What I Offer

Onsite Talks

Engaging, evidence-based sessions covering topics like energy, stress, gut health, and hormonal health. Ideal for lunch-and-learns, staff training days, or INSET days. 45–60 minutes, in person or online.

Workshops

More interactive sessions giving employees space to ask questions and apply what they've learned. Half-day format, suitable for smaller groups.

Drop-In Clinics

Private, 20-minute one-to-one sessions held on site. A low-pressure way for employees to get personalised advice on their own health and symptoms during the working day.

All sessions can be delivered as a single talk, a themed series, or tailored entirely around your team's priorities.
