My Story
I did not come to this work by accident.
For almost three decades I worked in a demanding corporate career — long hours, high pressure, and always putting everyone else first. Running a home, raising a family (who have their own health challenges), my own health quietly unravelled. Fatigue, brain fog, disrupted sleep, low mood. I kept telling myself I would sort it out when things calmed down. They did not.
Taking a step back was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made — and one of the best. I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist, and by making small, sustainable changes I rebuilt my energy, my health, and my sense of self. What I discovered changed my life. Now I help other women do the same.
Why I Do This Work
Because nobody should have to figure this out alone.
The women I work with are not struggling because they lack willpower or knowledge. They are struggling because they are already doing too much, with too little time and too little support. I know that feeling — and I know how transformative it can be when someone finally listens to your full story and gives you a clear, practical path forward that actually fits your life.

I have spent three and a half years studying, training, and applying nutritional science so you do not have to wade through it alone. When you work with me, you get a qualified practitioner who has also sat exactly where you are sitting.
