  • The monthly membership includes access to digital content—videos, nutrition recommendations, recipes, quizzes, resources, and any new material we release while you're subscribed. It includes two live online Q&A sessions per month. Plus two live in person, local support group sessions delivered at locations in the Southport Area.

    The White House in Southport on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 5.45pm-6.45pm. Hesketh Bank Community Centre on first and third Wednesday of every month at 6.30pm-7.30pm. MeCycle Ainsdale Village on first and third Monday of every month at 5pm-6pm. (Click here for full details).

  • If for whatever reason you cannot attend or don’t want to attend the live in person sessions, then you can still join the live virtual sessions that will be held each month. Similar content will be covered.

  • No. Attendance at the in-person sessions is entirely optional.

    All core teaching is delivered through the online platform, including video modules, quizzes and practical resources to help you understand the material and build sustainable habits.

    The in-person sessions are offered as an additional layer of support. They provide the opportunity to ask questions in real time, receive health coaching guidance and connect with others working towards similar metabolic health goals. Many participants find the community element enhances accountability and motivation, but you will still receive the full educational content if you are unable to attend.

  • There will be a module released each week. You will receive an email to notify you that new content can be accessed in the dedicated online app.

  • There will be a wide range of materials delivered, including videos, nutrition tips and guidance, checklists, recipes, habit trackers and quizzes to help you apply what you are learning, step by step.

  • Each week focuses on one key topic within metabolic health — for example, how protein supports satiety and blood sugar balance.

    At the start of the week, you will receive a short, easy-to-digest video lesson alongside clear written guidance. Content is delivered in bite-sized modules so it feels manageable and fits into everyday life, while still giving you the depth of understanding you need.

    As the week progresses, you will receive practical strategies, simple hints and real-life application tips to help you build the learning into your daily routine without overwhelm.

    Towards the end of the week, you will complete a short quiz, reflective questionnaire, recipe or sample meal plan to reinforce your understanding and support implementation.

  • If you register for the program prior to 22nd March, you will be added to a waitlist and your first membership payment will only be charged on 22nd March when the program goes live. If you register after 22nd March, your first membership payment will be taken on the day you register. The membership charge will recur monthly after your joining date.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be cancelled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. Payments made for the current month will not be refunded, with the exception of new registrations. New registrations can be cancelled within the first 14 days.

  • Once you have completed the registration form, payment will be made via the secure online platform on a recurring monthly basis, until you cancel. The membership will be billed every 4 weeks.

  • Refunds cannot be processed for the current month. However, memberships can be cancelled at anytime via your account in the online platform.

  • The digital content, registration and online payments are processed via a secure platform called Practice Better.

  • There is a version of the app available to download in Apple or Google Play which offers the best user experience for mobile devices. However, the content can also be accessed via the web browser on your mobile or PC.
